Menu was limited to 10 dishes, more than enough for us to share. We ordered all 10 dishes to shared among 5 of us. Food was delish and the drinks were AMAZING. I ordered my drink twice because it was so interesting. Reminds me of a Vietnamese dessert (Banh Chuoi Hap). Reservation is definitely a must, rooftop will closed if it rains or going to rain. I would recommend the Xoi Chim and Fish with Vermicelli dish. ”

The space is impeccable: lush plants and cut flowers, perfectly arranged tables, a lovely mix of textures and materials, and the dreamiest bar. We had the Squab, Lemongrass Beef, Monkfish and Oxtail, and we loved every dish. The fruits for dessert were a lovely way to close the meal. As for drinks, the knockout of the night was the Stormy Saigon. It’s on the menu as a non-alcoholic choice (yay!) but with the addition of rum became a proper cocktail on its own. With kind staff, great food and drinks, and such a beautiful space, we will definitely be back soon! ”

“ I recently had the pleasure of visiting Saigon Babylon in Cambridge, MA, with a few business partners from Costa Rica, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff and hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our group of five. Thank you, Hien and Duong, for accommodating our group size in such a pinch of time. Everyone was super nice as always. The rooftop atmosphere, coupled with small-style Vietnamese tapas, made for a perfect evening. The sunset view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking! We indulged in a variety of dishes, and each one was a culinary delight. The Lemongrass Carpaccio was super aromatic and perfectly cut, with tender beef that melted in your mouth. The Fluke Salad was a standout, reminiscent of northeastern-style salads with its bright, spicy, sweet, sour, and tangy flavors—truly a favorite. The Festival Salad was equally impressive, offering bright flavors and a refreshing bite. (Everything was so delicious that photos were forgotten, but another excuse to revisit :)) The drinks were a highlight as well, inspired by Southeast Asian flavors and incorporating Pho spices and pandan into the cocktails. “ Saigon Babylon reminds me of Hanoi’s West Lake, where you can find chic Indochine aesthetic combined with great food drinks. I’d have to say the experience outmatched many restaurants I have been to in Boston, especially in terms of authentic Viet food. For starters, we went with Lemongrass Beef, Banana Flower, and Xoi Chim. These summer staples remind me of a northern Vietnam road trip where you can find these dishes for lunch. I had a Ratatouille moment right there and it felt great. For main dishes, we got the Bac Ninh, or stir fried Pho with duck. Once again, the taste is awesome and you can tell that so much thought has been put into the dish. Lots of traditional Vietnamese spices with a contemporary take on ingredients to create a balanced and memorable main. Drinks – Good Dealer and Cicada Breeze – are both delicious and manageable for a light drinker like me. With the perfect view and tasty dishes, I’ll definitely come back often. ”
